Here at Luxe Baby, we stand behind our products and we take great pride in the quality of the craftsmanship of each and every item we produce. This is why we offer a 100% manufacturers guarantee for 12 months from the date of purchase.
If your item has a manufacturers fault that is found within the 12 month warranty period, please contact hello@luxebaby.co.nz with the following info:

In some cases, we may request you to send defective products for our evaluation. This helps us to provide the best quality assurance to our customers.
If your product is deemed to have a manufacturing fault we will reimburse you for the postage costs. All defective items returned for warranty service will be replaced or repaired at Luxe Baby's discretion.
Please note: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use (i.e. scuffs etc.)
All goods will be inspected on return. It is Luxe Baby's sole discretion to determine if the item(s) have been damaged other than original manufacturing defects. If that is the case, the item(s) will be returned to you at your cost and no exchange/return provided.
